At Access Denied, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all security tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
